Level I
Plan Includes:

Three delicious and nutritious home cooked meals a day.

Daily housekeeping.

As needed, laundry of linens and personal items.

Trash removal / apartment checks

Social, educational, physical and cultural activities.

LEVEL II
Plan includes Level I plus:

Daily supervision of medications.

Scheduled assistance with bathing, dressing and grooming.


Assistance to and from dining and activities.

Incidental incontinence.
Level III
Plan Includes Levels I & II plus:

"Hands on" assistance with eating, bathing and dressing.

Support with transfers usually requiring one or two staff.

Chronic incontinence.
